Rights and Religions Forum (RARF) is a nonprofit that addresses the marginalization of individuals in insular religious groups (IRGs), or IRG disaffiliates. Our work is made possible by the generous support of our funders, listed below.
Jack Borgenicht (1911-2005) was a businessman, entrepreneur, and adventurer from NYC and Long Valley, NJ. He was the 15th child of Eastern European Jewish immigrants who worked tirelessly to build their American dream. Mr. Borgenicht established the Borgenicht Foundation late in life to support causes he championed. His interests varied greatly, from local land conservation and secularism, Zionism, and human longevity research. The Borgenicht Foundation supports Rights and Religions Forum and the Borgenicht Fellows who are engaged in work that reflects Mr. Borgenicht’s values and those of his descendants.

Unleashing Potential (UP) supports individuals with high potential but limited capital. These individuals are engaged in entrepreneurship and community impact, areas of focus for the Borgenicht Fellows. Investing in the Fellows ensures that they can impact the lives of people from insular religious groups.
